ORDERING INFORMATION:
All items listed are one-of-a-kind; I can do reproductions on some items, depending on availability of beads and findings. As of now, I do not have a paper catalog at this time. When one becomes available I will post it here and you can order it for free and I will send it by postal mail. As soon as I can I will have one available by email when you, the customer, signs up for it.
Prices are subject to change based on current market prices of beads, findings, and supplies.
Repairs:
If an item you purchased on this website should break within 30 days, we will repair that item free provided all the beads are returned. Otherwise, all repairs are $1.50 plus the retail cost of any bead replacement and shipping.
RETURN POLICY:
I stand behind all of my work. All my handcrafted jewelry are returnable for credit or refund (less shipping) if returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt of shipment or for an exchange within 14 days from the day, you received it. The item must be returned in its original package. Please email me at [email protected] before returning any item.
Customer is responsible for insuring the return order. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are uninsured through the mail.

• Payments we can accept: I am now set up with a direct pay (PayPal). Cashiers Checks and Money Orders are still accepted. On certain money orders, I am required to wait as though it is a check. I will let you know if this is a chosen payment form.

2 - 3 items.....5% off shipping
4 - 8 items...10% off shipping
9 - 12 items...15% off shipping
12 & Up ...25% off shipping
I have shipped worldwide by registered airmail and this takes approximately 1 to 4 weeks so if you would like it Express shippping which is 3 to 7 days please contact me for proper invoice before payment is made. Here in the States, I use flat rate shipping where I can, so if you need it Express, please contact me for proper invoice.
